My pumpkin carving this year.. took me 5 hours with one of those scrapers from the pumpkin carving kits. The pumpkin is huge!! I carved it on Halloween after a party, so it was too late for the contest which ended on the 30th... which makes me a little sad. Next year i'll be done in time. The pictures still dont do it justice. The carving wraps all the way around the pumpkin, those dark spots were really hard to carve and i cant use my right hand very well cus it hurts so bad from carving this.

YAY!!! I worked so hard on this pumpkin it looks nice.. too bad it will rot in a few days...
Look forward to next years pumpkin, i'll probably be doing a Lord of the Rings.. but not too sure yet.
This pumpkin was too late for last year's pumpkin carving contest, so i seem to be able to enter it in this year's contest! -^_^- Still hoping to get another pumpkin carved this year, not sure when though. Gonna be a pirate theme if i can get a pumpkin and a few hours of 2 year old free time.
